How to shop online
Getting your artwork printed form The Printing Prince couldn't be easier. Simply follow the steps below. If you require any more help please contact a member of our customer service team on 0800 046 74 10.
1. Using the left hand menu select the category of printing you require, for example Flyers. You should then be presented with options of weight. Please select the weight of the card or paper you require printing. Once you have selected the weight, you shall be presented with the different products within this group and order of bulk. To see more about the product please click "more". You shall then be able to take a closer look at the product that you are interested in, and see the products options if applicable, for example colours or shipping speeds.
2. Once you have found the weight and size of the products you require printing, click the "buy" button on the page.
3. By clicking buy you have added the product to your shopping basket. You can see a sample of your basket in the top right hand side of the website in the box titled Shopping Basket.
4. Once you have selected all the products you require click the "view basket" link. You can delete products from this page and also enter a gift certificate or promotional code to be discounted from your shopping. For the next step click checkout.
5. You can either sign in if you already have an account with us, or select new customer. Simple fill in your details. Please make a note of your password and keep it in a safe place, you may require it again if you would like to shop with us.
6. Please check your order and chose delivery address. By not entering a delivery address any printing shall be sent to the address you have entered to create the account.
7. Select your method of payment. If you are not completely happy with using your credit card over the internet please contact the Printing Prince on 0800 046 74 10 and we shall securely take details over the telephone. Alternatively select a payment option, confirm and pay.
8. Make a note of your order number.
9. We shall send you a confirmation email to confirm that we are processing your order.
